Welcome to Ronin Rise ("Game", "Service"). By accessing or interacting with the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

1. Nature of the Game

Ronin Rise is a blockchain-based online game intended solely for entertainment purposes.

The Game operates through decentralized smart contracts and requires blockchain transactions to participate.

Ronin Rise does not issue or create any cryptocurrency, token, or digital financial asset. The Game solely utilizes existing public blockchain networks as technical infrastructure for gameplay interactions.

2. Non-Custodial Service

Ronin Rise is a non-custodial application.

• We do not hold user funds.
• We do not control user wallets.
• We do not execute transactions on behalf of users.

All blockchain interactions are initiated and authorized directly by the user through their own wallet.

3. Eligibility

By using the Game, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services.
• You understand blockchain risks.

4. Blockchain Transactions

Gameplay interactions may require blockchain transactions.

You acknowledge that:

• Transactions are irreversible.
• Gas fees may apply.
• Blockchain confirmations are outside our control.
• Transaction failures may occur.

5. Digital Assets

In-game assets such as Gold, Gems, characters ("Ronin"), and upgrades exist exclusively for gameplay functionality.

Digital assets do not represent ownership, investment products, securities, or financial instruments.

6. Gameplay Rewards

Rewards are earned through gameplay participation and performance.

• Rewards are not guaranteed.
• No profit or income is promised.
• Assets have no guaranteed monetary value.

Ronin Rise does not control or guarantee the availability, liquidity, or market value of any blockchain-based assets outside the Game environment.

7. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Wallet security
• Private keys
• Transaction approvals
• Interaction with smart contracts

Loss of assets resulting from user error, wallet compromise, or third-party services is not the responsibility of Ronin Rise.

8. No Financial Advice

Nothing within the Game constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Use automated bots
• Manipulate gameplay systems
• Attempt unauthorized access

10. Service Availability

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". Features, rewards, mechanics, or smart contract interactions may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Rise shall not be liable for:

• Blockchain losses
• Market fluctuations
• Smart contract risks
• Wallet failures
• Third-party services

12. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, code, and game design remain the intellectual property of Ronin Rise.

13. Termination

Access to the Game interface may be restricted for violations of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing digital online services.
